EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS:

 

As per Inland Revenue you are required to complete the following forms:

 

·      Click here for a copy of the IR330 form to let us know your IRD number

·      Click here for a copy of the KS2 form if you do want Kiwisaver

·      Click here for a copy of the KS10 form if you don’t want Kiwisaver

 

KS10 New Employee Opt-Out Request is to be completed if you don’t want to join with Kiwisaver, this form is to be returned to BoatBoys as soon as possible.

 

KS2 Kiwisaver deduction form is to be completed if you are already enrolled in Kiwisaver of if you wish to join

 

If you don’t return to us either of the Kiwisaver forms you will be automaticlly enrolled as per the IRD enrollment terms

 

IR330 Tax code declaration is to be completed to determine your correct tax code

QUICKFIRE QUESTIONS:

 

Why do I need to fill in Kiwisaver? So that you can opt-out of Kiwsaver  if you don’t want it or to let us know your contribution rate if you are already enrolled.  Either way you choose you have to send the forms back to us as soon as possible.  If you don’t , you are automatically enrolled into Kiwisaver as per Government regulations

 

Why didn’t I get paid? Have you sent us all your presonal details including bank account number, IRD number, and Kiwisaver information?  It is your responsibility to provide us with these details so that we can process your pay.

 

Also make sure that you have completed your timesheet and returned it to us on time every Monday.

 

Do I have to have a work permit? Yes, if you are not a New Zealand resident or New Zealand Passport holder you must have a work permit to be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.  Please note that we do not offer job postions without having your work permit

 

When will I get paid? Pay is weekly on a Wednesday night for the previous weeks work (i.e you work Monday – Friday you will get paid the following Wednesday).  Please make sure you send us back your timesheet every Monday morning so that we can process your pay.
