Refund Policy
Refunds, Credits and Cancellations.
Some services are provided at no cost to members.
The paid membership options are based on a six monthly fee debited on a single payment.
Service users prepay for their booking of labour via credit card or bank transfer.
everyone will be treated equally on the BoatBoys website.
BoatBoys Limited does not issue credits or refunds in the event of a change in services requested or cancellations. With the only one exception being failure to complete the confirmed transaction by one of our boatboys (employees) only. This will result in a full refund that will be credited to your membership account only and does not apply to our featured contractor members.
· If dispute should arise between service user and service provider with regard to the quality of service by one of our BoatBoys, please contact us.
REMEMBER; You choose them. We supply them!
This is the nature of BoatBoys. Please take care with the choice you make. You are fully responsable for your own choice and funds will not be refunded if you have made a poor choice with regard to the service provider you hired.
Your payment obligations
You understand and agree that fees for services will be paid in advance and may be billed to the credit card you provide on the BoatBoys website on a user pays basis. If your credit card is not valid or if payment is not made for any reason which causes your account balance to go into a negative state, the member may be considered in default under the Agreement.
If any payment due to BoatBoys Limited under this Agreement is not paid when due, the member agrees to pay interest on the overdue amount on a daily basis from the due date until the date paid at a rate of 1.5% per month.
